PrideStaff Financial is working with a well known Real Estate Law Firm in search of a Litigation Secretary to join their team. The Litigation Secretary will be a detailed Real Estate Litigation Secretary that provides support to our clients, assisting in litigation, documentation, and legal research. The Litigation Secretary will be critical support to the Real Estate Law Firm. The ideal Litigation Secretary has previous experience as a Litigation Secretary for Real Estate Law, knows legal terminology, is able to juggle multiple items simultaneously and exhibits superb communication and organizational skills. The Litigation Secretary is a full-time, temp to hire position in Danville, CA.
Litigation Secretary Job Responsibilities :
Prepare & Manage Legal Documents & Correspondence With Precision
Organizing & Maintaining Critical Case Files in a Document Management System
Conductive Legal Research Using Tools Like LexisNexis to Support Case Preparation
Draft & Proofread Pleadings, Memos, & CorrespondenceWith Keen Attention to Detail
Manage Attorney Calendars & Coordinate Court Filings & Appearances
Assist With Trial Preparations, Assembling Exhibits, & Other Trial Documents
Filing Legal Documents & Assisting in Reviewing & Preparing Discovery Responses
Provide Administrative Support, Including Coordinating Meetings & Handling Incoming Calls
Assist With Additional Business Needs as Directed
Litigation Secretary Job Requirements :
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Proven Experience as Litigation Secretary or Similar Role, Preferably in Real Estate Law
Excellent Knowledge of Legal Terminology, Procedures, & Filing Requirements
Proficient in MS Office Suite & Legal Management Systems
Exceptional Organizational & Multi-Tasking Skills to Meet Deadlines
A Proactive Approach to Problem-Solving & a Commitment to Excellence
Outstanding Communication & Interpersonal Skills For Effective Collaboration
