Pridestaff is currently seeking a Maintenance Mechanic / Helper for a manufacturing company located in Ontario, CA. This is a long-term position with potential for hire. Please see job requirements below to be considered.
Pay $20 to $21.00
Shift : 5am - 1 : 30pm, Monday - Friday
SUMMARY
Under general supervision of the Manager or Supervisor, the incumbent performs a variety of preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance and light mechanic activities to ensure machines are lubricated and functioning properly. May use lubricants, hand and power tools to accomplish work tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Knowledge of :
A. Machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
B. Measurement tools, including tape measures and calipers
2. Ability to :
A. Problem sensitivity - the ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong Good Communication skills
B. Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense
At least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Helper in a Manufacturing setting.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $20.00 - $21.00 Per Hour
Salary : $20 - $21
