Machine Maintenance Tech
2nd Shift Direct Hire Great Pay & Benefits
Monday-Friday 3 : 00pm-11 : 00pm $26-$30 / hr
This position serves as a multi-craft maintenance technician for all related maintenance repairs and upgrades. Maintain equipment to meet the production schedule, promoting teamwork and efficiency, ensuring the safe operation of equipment.
Key tasks and responsibilities :
Follow Company sanitation, GMPs, HACCP procedures, Food Safety policies, and Occupational Safety Policies. Support all Company Food Safety initiatives.
Address Food Safety, Quality and Occupational Safety concerns with Operations, Quality and Maintenance Team members and contractors.
- Effectively and efficiently troubleshoot, correct, and repair equipment to maintain safe production.
- Identify equipment problems found during inspections and PMs to prevent equipment downtime.
- Initiate root cause analysis investigations to eliminate repeat problems.
- Maintain a clean work area and maintain thorough records.
- Be available for call-in situations on assigned weekends.
- Willing to come in early or work over to cover production needs.
