As the Manager Revenue Integrity , you'll play a crucial role leading and planning the revenue cycle operations.
Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the revenue integrity function to ensure accurate and compliant billing practices
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue capture and minimize revenue leakage
- Lead a team of 8 charge analyst, providing guidance, training, and performance management
- Collaborate with various departments including Finance, Billing, Coding, and Clinical teams to identify and resolve revenue-related issues
- Analyze data and generate reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations, reimbursement policies, and industry best practices
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular audits to identify potential revenue risks and opportunities
- Implement and maintain charge capture systems and processes
- Serve as a subject matter expert on revenue integrity issues and provide education to staff and leadership
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in revenue cycle operations
- Participate in budget planning and forecasting activities related to revenue integrity
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure revenue integrity systems are functioning optimally
- Manage special projects related to revenue enhancement and process improvement initiatives
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the revenue integrity team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with payers and external stakeholders

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $70,000.00 - $90,000.00
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
