Job Responsibilities :
- Manage, maintain, and monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Provide technical support and training to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, upgrade, and maintain computer hardware and software across the organization
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies and improve existing systems
