A South Orange County property management company is seeking an Operations Specialist for the Permits and Inspections Department. The hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm and the pay starts at $20 / hour. This is a full-time opportunity and there are two positions available.
Operations Specialist Responsibilities :
Maintains files and posts data to records.
Computes data from files and other sources.
Provides information to the public concerning activities and operations of dept.
Takes payment over phone.
Accepts application forms and checks for completeness.
Corresponds verbally and in writing between both customers and staff. Operations Specialist Qualifications :
Excellent customer skills
Detailed oriented
Ability to type fast and accurately.
Ability to prioritize and make decisions quickly.
Ability to handle multiple tasks during the work day.
Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management and the public.
Ability to relate to the needs and concerns of senior citizens.
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, the public and to deal with public relation problems courteously and tactfully.
