Operations Support Clerk
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Support Clerk to join our Team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the shipping department to ensure that customers orders are accurate while upholding our core values of integrity, customer focus, and strong work ethic.
Location : Simi Valley, CA
Pay : $26.00 / hr
Hours : Monday - Friday 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
Job Description :
Ensure that all shipments are properly labeled, packaged, and have the correct postal charges to arrive safely by the expected ship date.
Accurately package, label, and weigh items, selecting the appropriate shipping method and charges.
Process all ecommerce orders in accordance with established procedures, ensuring orders ship within 24 business hours.
Organize stock and merchandise by boxing and storing goods in their designated locations.
Maintain a clean, neat, and organized shipping area that reflects pride and professionalism.
Prepare detailed, accurate shipping documents to accompany each shipment and ensure compliance with company standards.
Keep current with domestic and international shipping practices, pricing, and documentation requirements.
Lead weekly team meetings for Shipping Clerks by taking minutes and submitting them to your supervisor promptly.
Provide excellent customer service during interactions with external parties, ensuring a positive experience that delights our customers.
Assist with other tasks as assigned by your supervisor or the Quality Assurance Manager.
