Operations Support Clerk

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Support Clerk to join our Team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the shipping department to ensure that customers orders are accurate while upholding our core values of integrity, customer focus, and strong work ethic.

Location : Simi Valley, CA

Pay : $26.00 / hr

Hours : Monday - Friday 8 : 00 AM  - 4 : 30 PM

Job Description :

Ensure that all shipments are properly labeled, packaged, and have the correct postal charges to arrive safely by the expected ship date.

Accurately package, label, and weigh items, selecting the appropriate shipping method and charges.

Process all ecommerce orders in accordance with established procedures, ensuring orders ship within 24 business hours.

Organize stock and merchandise by boxing and storing goods in their designated locations.

Maintain a clean, neat, and organized shipping area that reflects pride and professionalism.

Prepare detailed, accurate shipping documents to accompany each shipment and ensure compliance with company standards.

Keep current with domestic and international shipping practices, pricing, and documentation requirements.

Lead weekly team meetings for Shipping Clerks by taking minutes and submitting them to your supervisor promptly.

Provide excellent customer service during interactions with external parties, ensuring a positive experience that delights our customers.

Assist with other tasks as assigned by your supervisor or the Quality Assurance Manager.

Requirements, Experience & Skills :

  • Ensure all support carts (including Excess Cart) are stocked for

appropriate line and Work Ticket

  • Maintain accuracy in Scanco / Sage.
  • Ensure that physical location of parts matches digital location within
  • Scanco / Sage

  • Notify Supply Chain of suspected shortages or errors.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate minimums for all parts on support
  • carts.

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate minimums for shipping bin.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate minimums for repair bin.
  • Responsible for transferring parts from warehouse bin to applicable
  • production bins.

  • Responsible for transferring finished goods from production to shipping
  • bin once a WT has been completed.

  • Physically move parts and finished goods to appropriate bin location in
  • accordance with FIFO procedure.

  • Manage ecommerce inventory according to determined minimums.
  • Transfer product into ecommerce bin when needed.
  • Has extensive experience in warehouse and its management.
  • Have working knowledge of Sage and Scanco.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to communicate in English.
  • Must adhere to rules and regulations.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must be able to drive a walk behind forklift. Must be able to use
  • handheld and power tools.

  • Will consistently meet pre-determined deadlines.
  • Education and Experience :

  • High school degree
  • Minimum 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent
  • combination of education and work experience

    Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $26.00 - $26.00 Per Hour
