Responsibilities :
Manages and resolves issues in a timely manner.
Oversee E-commerce order processing and fulfillment to ensure client satisfaction.
Records customer information into our database
Proactively identify operational problems and facilitate solutions with appropriate parties
Create replacement orders / credit memos / RMA’s
Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments
Call UPS, USPS, or FedEx for updates on pickups / claims / packages
Service existing customers by answering product and service questions
Qualifications :
A minimum of 3 years of Order Processing
Practical experience and proven experience with CRM Systems.
- Being a team player, thinking ahead, and always planning on growth;
Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
Have excellent Professional communication - written and verbal
Ability to multitask Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
