Legal Intake Specialist : The ideal candidate will be professional and have at least entry level experience working in a personal injury law firm.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain client confidentially by keeping client / attorney information safe
- Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of information before it is entered
- Maintaining logs of activities and completed work
- Storing completed documents in appropriate locations
- Operating a data entry device to record or verify a variety of information
- Accurately input alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard according to screen format
- Handling phone interactions with clients.
- Setup clients for proper treatment.
- Handle client and other calls at a fast pace
Requirements :
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $19.00 - $22.00
Salary : $19 - $22
