Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of up to 80, including preliminary and ongoing litigation matters.
- Communicate with clients, law offices, insurance adjusters, medical offices, and experts.
- Prepare and file complaints, motions, briefs, and arbitration statements.
- Review discovery provided and summarize deposition testimony.
- Prepare disbursement of settlement funds and request checks from the accounting department.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal with litigation and pre-litigation experience required.
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Must be familiar with NJ e-courts.
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
