PrideStaff, a nationally recognized staffing agency, has an exciting opportunity to support a local manufacturer with benefits and opportunities for internal growth! Performance/ Attendance bonus available!
You will be picking products from an invoice. Accuracy for a picker and timeliness is important. You will be walking over 90% of the time in a larger warehouse.
Location: West Chester, OH
Puller Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe, neat, and clean work area by adhering to safety regulations.
Responsible for checking out equipment and returning in the same condition.
Pick customer orders by following standard operating procedures.
Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
Must be willing to be flexible and complete any task given by the supervisor.
Puller Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines.
Able to work both independently and within a team.
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Comprehend verbal and written instructions
