Our client in Warren, NJ is looking for a Direct Hire Process Engineer. See hiring requirements below :
Responsibilities :
Support the development and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products, ensuring close integration of upstream and downstream steps, and implementing process automation and monitoring.
Specialize in the design and industrialization of production processes including a proper documentation of those.
Have knowledge of the automation and data networking of production facilities.
Analyze ongoing production with regard to optimization potential and implement. In alliance with Sales, Application Engineers, and Sourcing.
Develop and implement customer specific solutions, referred to as ‘non-standard inquires. Requirements :
Minimum BS degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, materials engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics / interconnect, aerospace or other manufacturing industries requiring high-precision
Experience in the field of manufacturing technologies such as soldering, pressing, milling, 3D-printing
Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and quality methods such as FMEA, SPC, APC, Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC and others
Basic knowledge of Lean management
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 9100, IATF, ISO13485
