Duties
- Operate various machines including lathes and milling machines to fabricate components.

- Package finished goods for shipment, ensuring proper handling and labeling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed.
- Assist in programming machinery for specific production tasks when required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Production Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
- Familiarity with lathe operation, milling machines, and tooling is highly desirable.
- Experience with warehouse operations and packaging processes is a plus.
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments for quality control.
- Forklift certification is an advantage but not mandatory; training may be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
