What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control Associate position at PrideStaff?
A food production company in San Clemente is expected to have an opening for a Quality Control Associate in the near future . This individual will be responsible for in-plant process testing and compliance to company standards. Must be able to work in all temperature-controlled, cold environments (38 degrees). The hours are Mon-Fri 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm, with some Saturdays. The starting pay is $19 / hour. Responsibilities :
- Perform Tests of the production operations and equipment to ensure our products conform to specifications
- Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products and recommend necessary corrective actions
- Monitor the Quality of the product manufactured and inspect proves controls points
- Reject or retrain substandard products that fall outside of defined tolerances
- May use computer software and electronic equipment to enter data
- Establish, maintain and promote good communications with all departments
