What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Manager (Non-Profit) position at PrideStaff?
Our client is seeking for a Direct HIre, a Site Manager for a Non-Profit operating out of two locationsan office near NKU and an residential care facility near California KY. This position will report to the Executive Director and oversee a staff of 5 people.
Someone with great organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work with other leaders across the organization is critical. Your team serves to ensure the function heads can focus on the residents and not be distracting by building maintenance issues.
Responsibilities
- Over see two locations, office near NKU and four building campus near California KY. Tow of the buildings provide acute care for residents and has standards of security and safety which must be maintained.
Oversee the maintenance, housekeeping and kitchen staff to ensure they are delivering on the mission of the organization.
Manage any outside vendors secured to perform duties on premises
Manage budgets, purchasing and inventory of supplies required.
While you have staff, you would be expected to pitch in and help as needed.
Experience
At least 5 years experinece and ideally, experience with QRTP would be a bonus.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $60,000.00 - $60,000.00 Per Year
