A company in Aliso Viejo is seeking a skilled Software Programmer to join their team. As a Software Programmer, you will be responsible for building and deploying innovative AI solutions, focusing on both machine learning and deep learning techniques, and leveraging modern frameworks and technologies. You will work closely with data scientists, AI researchers, and other engineers to bring impactful AI products to life. This is a temp to hire, full-time position with a pay of $62.25 per hour.
Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain AI software and applications, utilizing machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing technologies.
Collaborate with data scientists and AI researchers to implement algorithms and solutions to real-world problems.
Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code in programming languages such as Python, C , Java, or other relevant languages.
Design and implement AI models, systems, and tools, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Optimize and troubleshoot AI models and algorithms to improve performance and efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning, and incorporate them into projects where appropriate.
Work with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to deploy AI solutions at scale.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience in software development, with a strong focus on AI, machine learning, or deep learning.
Solid programming skills in languages such as Python, C , Java, or similar.
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar.
Understanding of key AI concepts, such as neural networks, natural language processing, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
Experience with data processing, data wrangling, and feature extraction techniques.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with cloud-based AI deployment (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines.
Experience with AI ethics and fairness principles.
Knowledge of advanced topics like generative models, computer vision, or speech recognition.
Must have at least 3 to 5 years experience
