Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all project milestones
- Manage and supervise on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve design and construction challenges
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and control costs
- Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers and stakeholders
- Procure necessary materials, equipment, and services for project execution
- Implement and maintain effective communication channels among all project participants
- Resolve conflicts and address concerns raised by team members, subcontractors, or clients
- Ensure proper documentation of all project-related activities and changes
- Coordinate with local authorities for necessary permits and inspections
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures on the job site
