GA Rogers & Associates has partnered with a consumer service industry leader to identify a dynamic, data-driven, growth-focused  Vice President Demand Generation  to join their growing team.

This position is responsible for driving revenue growth through lead generation and requires past success with lead generation for an  in-home service provider .

You will be joining a well-known brand who is experiencing targeted growth nationwide and a team that values collaboration and also offers a 98% remote schedule (light travel for meetings may be requested throughout the year).

In your role as the Demand Generation Marketing Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind our client’s demand generation strategy for their direct-to-consumer segment.

Your mission is to create and lead innovative, data-driven campaigns that attract qualified leads and boost customer acquisition across various digital marketing channels.

You’ll have the opportunity to personalize strategies for specific regions while also crafting exciting national marketing approaches.

This role is focused on combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, especially in the home services industry. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality leads through effective demand generation tactics.

A day in the life :

  • You’ll develop and implement a demand generation strategy that helps us achieve measurable growth in consumer demand for in-home services.
  • Dive into designing and running multi-channel marketing campaigns through paid search, social media, email, content marketing, and display advertising, making sure they’re optimized for generating qualified leads.
  • Create unique demand generation strategies tailored to different geographic markets while also focusing on national growth strategies.
  • Build smart lead-generation funnels and nurturing workflows to guide prospects smoothly through their customer journey and maximize those conversion rates.
  • Keep an eye on campaign performance across channels to see what works, optimize for ROI, and adjust strategies as needed. Use data analytics tools to track key performance indicators and refine your tactics.
  • Lead a talented team of marketing pros, helping them execute impactful campaigns. Work hand-in-hand with sales, customer service, and operations teams to align our efforts with overall business goals.
  • Partner closely with product and customer service teams to ensure our campaigns meet customer expectations and provide a seamless transition from interest to conversion.
  • Stay updated on market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities in the home services space to keep our demand generation tactics fresh and effective.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement through A / B testing, multivariate experiments, and creative campaign tweaks to adapt and boost results.
  • Ensure our demand generation campaigns effectively generate leads while also enhancing our brand recognition and reflecting our company values.

Skills & Prior Experience :

  • 5 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, with a proven knack for running successful digital marketing campaigns, particularly in the home services or similar sectors.
  • Strong skills in digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, email marketing, display advertising, content marketing, and SEO / SEM.
  • A solid understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization, with experience in creating campaigns that attract high-quality leads and convert customers.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing strategies for both regional and national-level initiatives.
  • Ability to adapt demand generation strategies based on the unique characteristics of regional markets.
  • Comfortable using data analytics tools to keep tabs on campaign performance and make informed decisions.
  • Experience leading a marketing team, collaborating across departments, and aligning our demand generation activities with sales and customer service goals.
  • Excellent communication skills that allow you to share complex strategies in a relatable way with various stakeholders and leaders.
  • An analytical mindset focused on achieving results, with a commitment to measurable business outcomes.
  • A proactive leader who balances big-picture thinking with actionable execution.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • A good grasp of local SEO strategies and how regional factors can shape demand generation.
  • Experience using performance tracking and optimization tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • A history of successfully managing larger budgets and working with external agencies or vendors.
  • Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 Per Year
