Your contribution to the team:
- Complete resale orders
- Process closing documents
- Contact attorneys regarding closings
- Scan information into software system
- Administrative duties as needed
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office experience necessary)
- Association/property management industry knowledge a plus
- Experience with register of deed websites a plus
- 3 – 5 years working in office environment required
