What are the responsibilities and job description for the 1st Shift Quality Inspector position at Prikos & Becker LLC?
Monday-Friday : 7am-3 : 30pm
Pay Ranges - $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Eligible for quarterly bonuses
What Youll Do
As a Quality Inspector, youll be part of our Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing team located in Skokie, IL.
Essential Functions :
- Responsible for ensuring product conformity to blueprint
- Inspect hardware using various inspection equipment including : calipers, micrometers, comparator, height stand, indicator, profilometer, hardness tester, etc.
- Review work order for completion of operations and required documentations
- Review ERP (JD Edwards) system for required retained information
- Review raw material certificates and ensure conformity to industry or internal standards
- Provide manufacturing technical support as GD&T subject matter expert
- Support the Quality Engineers to ensure products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
- Interface with internal departments to engage in activities that ensure continuous control over material, services and products.
- Other duties as assigned.
