JOB SUMMARY
Coordinator, Marketing Operations is responsible for managing and optimizing the marketing team's projects, workflow, and processes with cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient execution of initiatives, all while tracking performance and adhering to brand standards and compliance regulations, essentially acting as the "glue" that keeps operations running smoothly across various teams, projects, and platforms.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Project Planning and Execution:
- Developing and managing project calendars
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to execute projects on time and within budget
- Tracking performance metrics and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement
- Workflow and Process Improvement:
- Streamlining processes and workflows to increase efficiency
- Developing and implementing standard operating procedures for activities
- Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Working closely with teams and vendors to ensure alignment on goals and execution
- Communicating plans and updates to relevant stakeholders across the organization
- Support finance with budget tracking and reporting to ensure accurate financial planning and analysis
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintaining clean and accurate data
- Generating comprehensive reports to track performance and provide insights to stakeholders
- Analyzing data to identify trends and inform future strategies
- Technology Management:
- Maintaining and optimizing the technology stack
- Ensuring data accuracy and integration across systems
- Implementing new technologies as needed
SCOPE

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equal years of experience
EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years of digital marketing coordinator experience
- 3-5 years of learning and using tools like Trello, GSuite, and MSOffice
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CAPABILITIES
- Strong understanding of online marketing and project management-related principles and best practices
- Proficiency with technology tools and systems
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
- Project management skills to effectively and efficiently manage multiple projects, due dates, and budgets at all times
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data and project management
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- The work environment is that of a home office working on a computer with high-speed internet.
