Requirements
- You must have 5 years prior experience as a retail Store Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with experience in developing high-performing teams and future leaders.
- Commercially astute, you must have the ability to analyze reports and guide teams to improve commercial performance.
- Experience in empowering and enabling a team to deliver excellent customer service and store standards while maintaining effectiveness and focus on customer needs.
- Strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to work to agreed timescales.
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, orally and in writing, with managers, supervisors, and hourly colleagues in English to provide instruction, coaching, corrective action, safety instructions, and lead teams as a manager daily and in emergencies.
- Ability to provide amazing customer service in English, which includes being able to orally communicate with customers in English and monitor the performance of English-speaking colleagues whose job duties require communication with customers.
