PositionSummary:

TheVicePresidentofTechnology(VPofTechnology)isresponsibleforoverseeingtheorganization’senterpriseandbusinesssoftwaresystemstoensuretheyalignwithstrategicgoalsandoperationalneeds.Thisrolefocusesontheoptimization,integration,andsupportofenterpriseapplications,includingERP(NetSuite),CRM,andWMS(Korber).WorkingcloselywiththeBusinessProcessOptimizationTeamandbusinessunitleaders,theVPofTechnologyensuresthattechnologysolutionsenhanceefficiency,scalability,andalignmentwithbusinessobjectives.ThispositiondoesnotoverseeIThardwareinfrastructure,whichismanagedbytheCTOandDirectorofIT.

KeyResponsibilities:

EnterpriseSystemsandBusinessApplications

Overseetheconfiguration,integration,andoptimizationofenterprisesoftwaresystems,ensuringalignmentwithoperationalandstrategicgoals
ManageandimprovecoresystemssuchasERP(NetSuite),CRM,andWMS,supportingbusinessprocessesacrossdepartments
Ensureseamlessintegrationanddataflowbetweenenterpriseapplicationstomaintaindataconsistencyandavailabilityforanalytics

CollaborationwithBusinessUnits

Partnerwithbusinessunitleaderstogatherrequirements,translatethemintotechnicalsolutions,andensuresystemsmeetspecificoperationalneeds
WorkcloselywiththeBusinessProcessOptimizationTeamtoidentifyinefficiencies,documentworkflows,andimplementsystemenhancements

ProjectManagementandImplementation

Leadprojectsrelatedtoenterprisesoftware,includingsystemupgrades,customizations,andnewimplementations
Developandmanageprojectplans,ensuringtimelines,budgets,andstakeholderexpectationsaremet
Coordinatecross-functionalteamstoexecutetechnologyinitiativesthatalignwithcompanyobjectives

VendorandSLAManagement

TrainingandUserEnablement

RequiredSkillsandQualifications:

Bachelor’sdegreeinComputerScience,InformationSystems,BusinessAdministration,orarelatedfield(Master’spreferred)
10 yearsofexperienceinenterprisesoftwaremanagement,businesssystemsarchitecture,orrelatedleadershiproles
ExpertiseinNetSuiteERPsystems,CRM,andWMS(e.g.,Korber),Manufacturing,includingconfiguration,optimization,andintegration
Strongexperiencemanagingenterprisesoftwareprojects,fromimplementationtooptimization
Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills,withtheabilitytocollaborateeffectivelyacrossteamsandlevelsoftheorganization
