Description :
St. Albans Primary Care, a member of Primary Care Health Partners, is seeking a nurse (RN or LPN) with administrative experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to high-quality, collaborative healthcare to fill the role of office administrator.
This position reports to the physician manager and is responsible for overseeing practice management for our office, including :
Staff management
o Nurses
o Medical Assistants
o Receptionists
o Care Coordinator
o Community Health Worker
Building and maintaining provider schedules
Developing and implementing policies, procedures and processes to optimize workflow
Quality Improvement Initiatives, including maintaining NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home Certification
Compliance with requirements of OSHA, CLIA, HIPAA, immunization program
Collaborative working relationship with our medical services organization regarding Payroll, EHR, HR, IT, Finance, Billing / Collections
Organizing outside services as needed to address maintenance issues in office
Ordering of supplies
Managing payment of invoices
Administrative contact for our patients and families to address any questions / concerns
