About the Role
As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will assist physicians in providing medical care to patients of various ages according to our practice's policies and professional standards. You will adhere to our Corporate Compliance Plan and all relevant hospital and regulatory guidelines.
You will perform initial response-screening following protocols under the direction of the supervising physician, and assist with examinations, procedures, and treatments. Additionally, you will clean, prepare, and maintain examination rooms and treatment areas.
This role requires a high school diploma and one year of related work experience or completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program with externship. Basic Life Support or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification is also required.
