Job Overview
We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our primary care team. In this role, you'll provide support to our healthcare providers and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Greet patients and obtain clinical information in a professional and respectful manner.
- Assist providers during treatment and examination procedures.
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
- Clean and maintain examination rooms and treatment areas.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage electronic health records.
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Either 1 year of minimum Medical Assistant work experience or completion of an accredited MA school program with externship required.
- Must be certified by one of the following: AAMA, AMCA, AMT, ARMA, NAHP, NCCT, NHA.
- Ability to communicate in English required.
