- Provide top-notch patient care, ensuring a comfortable and respectful experience for all individuals ">
- Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures, maintaining accurate records and documentation ">
- Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and collecting copays ">
- Clean and prepare examination rooms and treatment areas, adhering to infection control standards ">
- Schedule patients for inpatient/outpatient admissions and procedures, utilizing effective communication skills ">
- May be required to travel as needed to fulfill staffing needs ">
Requirements

- High school graduate or equivalent required ">
- Must have a current, valid BLS certification ">
- Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant work experience or completion of an accredited MA school program with externship ">
- Current certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent recognized by the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) ">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment ">
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with occasional bending and stooping ">
- Fluency in English, with ability to communicate clearly and concisely ">
