Role Description
This full-time role for a National Account Manager is a on-site (Can be flexible based on location) position located in Brillion, WI. The National Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include client communication & sales negotiations.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in client relationship management and account management
- Proven sales experience
- Knowledge of insurance requirements is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in the transportation & freight brokerage industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
