Key Responsibilities

Inbound & Inventory Management:

• Providepre-receiving reportsfor inbound shipments before container arrival.
• Reportdamaged goodsand communicate findings to customers.
• Set upnew inventory itemsin theWMS (Warehouse Management System).

Order Processing & Fulfillment:

• Processdaily order releasesand coordinate warehouse fulfillment.
• Manageorder routingbased on customer requirements.
• Closeorders same-dayand sendASN/945 notificationsto customers.
• Generateshipping labels, UCC 128 labels, andBOLs (Bill of Lading)as needed.

Customer Service & Billing:

• Addressshipment, inventory, and invoicing inquiriespromptly.
• Preparecustomer invoicingand processvendor payments.

What Were Looking For

Experience in 3PL logisticsandcustomer service.
Knowledge ofdomestic transportation.
Strongmulti-taskingandproblem-solvingskills.
Experience withbilling & invoicing.
Excellentverbal and written communicationskills.
