Key Responsibilities
ð¹ Inbound & Inventory Management:
- Provide pre-receiving reports for inbound shipments before container arrival.
- Report damaged goods and communicate findings to customers.
- Set up new inventory items in the WMS (Warehouse Management System).
ð¹ Order Processing & Fulfillment:
- Process daily order releases and coordinate warehouse fulfillment.
- Manage order routing based on customer requirements.
- Close orders same-day and send ASN/945 notifications to customers.
- Generate shipping labels, UCC 128 labels, and BOLs (Bill of Lading) as needed.
ð¹ Customer Service & Billing:
- Address shipment, inventory, and invoicing inquiries promptly.
- Prepare customer invoicing and process vendor payments.
