Since 1980, we have delivered medical, nutritional, and behavioral health services across Dade, Walker, Catoosa, and Chattooga counties.
Your Role in Our Mission
As an FNP or PA at PHC, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to individuals of all ages in a community-based outpatient clinic. You will have the opportunity to develop lasting relationships with your patients, address a variety of health needs, and contribute to improving overall community well-being.
