Your Day.
As a CA you need to know how to:
- Effectively manage staff scheduling
- Participate in interviewing and new hire training processes
- Continually train and communicate with existing staff
- Effectively manage employee performance to include motivation, corrective action, and formal evaluation processing
- Order inventory and supplies
- Track key work processes
- Implement new and monitor existing workflows/process improvement
- Respond to customer concerns and resolve conflicts
- Work as a team with a large group of peers and senior management
- Other duties as assigned
Your experience.
We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in health administration, business management or equivalent experience and knowledge of business operations
- Two years of operations management experience in a medical, restaurant or retail setting is preferred
- Exceptional customer service, leadership and communication skills
- Vaccines to include annual Influenza, Hep B, TDaP and TB
