What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dentist position at PRIMARY HEALTH SERVICES CENTER?
The Primary Health Service Center Dental Office is new with state of the art dental equipment. We have 6 treatment rooms and 3 hygiene rooms. Some of our equipment includes; waterlase (hard and soft tissue) machine, Cerec machine with milling, Conebean CT machines, Intraoral cancer screening machines, Zoom whitening machine, Digital X-rays including portable NOMAD. Duties:
- Perform dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions
- Develop treatment plans and provide appropriate dental care
- Administer anesthetics and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using dental software systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Epic, etc.
- Stay informed about advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge
Skills:
- Excellent clinical skills in general dentistry with a focus on Pediatrics
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages
- Attention to detail and ability to perform precise dental procedures
- Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Epic, etc.
- Ability to work well within a team environment and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to provide quality dental care

Pay: $195,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
