Position Overview: As an Integrated Behavioral Health Provider (IBHP), you will deliver mental health screenings, assessments, solution-focused brief therapy, and interventions. You will work closely with primary care providers, nurses, and other medical professionals to address both physical and mental health needs. This position will allow you to make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives, with a focus on creating and implementing individualized treatment plans that promote overall well-being.
Schedule: Monday – Friday; no weekends or major holidays.

· Base Salary: ranges from $32.18 per hour and higher based upon years of relevant field experience.

o Supervision to colleagues pursuing independent licensure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Care: Provide mental health screenings, assessments, and solution-focused therapy to patients in school and clinic settings
- Crisis Intervention: Offer immediate support for patients in mental health crises or emergencies
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with primary care providers, nurses, and other professionals to integrate behavioral health with physical health care
- Treatment Plans: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote self-management and improve patient outcomes
- Education & Training: Provide patient education, behavioral change plans, and training for patients and staff
- Community Collaboration: Coordinate with external agencies and service providers to ensure comprehensive care and timely referrals
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling (required)
- Licensure: Active Ohio license (LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC), or eligible for licensure
- Experience: At least two years (preferred) working with indigent populations and community-based programs
- Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; bilingual (Spanish) preferred
Physical & Environmental Demands:
- Ability to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods; occasionally required to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Work may involve exposure to moderate noise and occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, or chemicals
