Who We Are Primary Healthcare Centers (PHC) is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to providing accessible, high-quality healthcare to all, regardless of their ability to pay. Since 1980, we have delivered medical, nutritional, and behavioral health services across Dade, Walker, Catoosa, and Chattooga counties.
Your Role in Our Mission As an FNP or PA at PHC, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to individuals of all ages in a community-based outpatient clinic. You will have the opportunity to develop lasting relationships with your patients, address a variety of health needs, and contribute to improving overall community well-being.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed in Georgia as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting
- Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all backgrounds
- Ability to work independently in a busy clinical setting
- Willingness to occasionally provide care at other PHC locations as needed
