Policy Reviews: Conduct comprehensive policy reviews with clients to ensure coverage meets their evolving needs.
Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, offering support and ensuring timely resolution.
Documentation: Maintain accurate client records, update policy information, and process policy endorsements.
Client Retention: Build rapport with clients to foster long-lasting relationships and promote client loyalty.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all client interactions.
Requirements
Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail when documenting client interactions, processing claims, and managing policy information.
