Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Meet with potential customers to understand their insurance requirements and provide personalized insurance advice.
Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from prospective clients and initiate outbound calls to follow up on leads.
Policies and Coverage: Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance policies and coverage options.
Claims Support: Assist clients in filing claims, coordinating with insurance adjusters, and ensuring a smooth and efficient claims process.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and retention.
Business Development: Actively seek out new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Requirements
Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid insurance license in the state of Missouri.
Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
