Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Sales Support Coordinator/Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys interacting with both numbers and people. The person in this role will handle bookkeeping responsibilities while also providing essential administrative support to our sales team, assisting with campaign coordination, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position is based in the office full-time and requires a high level of collaboration across departments to drive the success of our outdoor advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing schedules, preparing client proposals, and processing contracts.
- Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Assist with coordinating advertising campaigns, ensuring all aspects are executed smoothly and on time.
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and campaign success.
- Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure timely execution of advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign schedules and provide status updates.
- Answer client inquiries and address concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and campaigns are aligned with their goals.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through the campaign setup and execution process.
- Collaborate with the sales to better serve our clients.
- Accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely billing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a plus.
- Experience with office administration, including coordinating projects, and communicating with clients.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-first mentality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivation is key. We are looking for someone who will take on a project and run with it.

- Previous experience in the outdoor advertising or billboard industry would be a plus.
