Role Description
This is a full-time in person role for a Sales Support Specialist at Primary Media Outdoor Advertising. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as providing customer support, assisting with sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing strong communication skills. The role is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with flexibility for remote work.

The Sales Support Specialist is a critical team member responsible for assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, campaign coordination, and customer service. This role ensures seamless communication between the sales team, clients, and other departments to maximize efficiency and drive successful billboard advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales presentations.
• Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Maintain organized files for client accounts and contracts.
2. Campaign Coordination
• Liaise with clients to collect creative assets, approvals, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure timely execution of billboard campaigns.
• Monitor campaign schedules and provide status updates to clients and the sales team.
3. Customer Service
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding campaign inquiries or adjustments.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
4. Sales Team Assistance
• Assist sales representatives with lead generation by conducting market research.
• Schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and handle follow-up communication.
• Support the sales team in achieving revenue goals by streamlining operations.
5. Data and Reporting
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and campaign performance reports.
• Track inventory availability and communicate changes to the sales team.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles (preferably in the outdoor advertising industry).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
