Fast-paced, rapidly growing physician management/healthcare technology company seeks high energy, super organized, multi-tasking administrative assistant to help the senior management team. We manage multiple physician companies and are looking for a highly organized, mission-oriented admin who loves what they do, and enjoys the energy of working as part of a team.
Candidate must be:
- Highly organized because healthcare changes rapidly, and we must be agile to stay ahead of our competitors
- Adept with technology to help us all stay organized and professionally operate and achieve our mission (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint and more)
- Maturity to handle confidential matters
- Calendar management to ensure the executives and the doctors know where to be and when
- Project management skills to keep things moving on time
- Enjoy and excel at problem-solving, multi-tasking and creating a professional and compassionate corporate culture
- GRIT and perseverance to get the job done with a small on your face
- Willingness to do whatever is needed to help the team succeed
Requirements
- Five years administrative assistant experience,successful management of diverse projects with aggressive timelines.
- Expert level calendar management
- Strong technology skills for O365, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and new technologies for newsletters, project planning and more
- Event planning experience highly desirable.
- Vendor management and experience negotiating
- Culture building experience, representing senior management and building comrade across the teams and sites
- Bachelors highly preferred; ideally in healthcare administration or public health
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
