Primary PartnerCare is a healthcare technology and management firm, that manages doctors across Long Island and Queens.
We are looking for part-time help to answer phones, organize files, support mailings, scan documents and more. This is a great part-time job for a college student interested in healthcare administration!
Skills and Qualifications:
- Requires outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- Great computer skills to scan documents, use naming conventions and place in the correct SharePoint folders
- Detailed Oriented
- Strong Organization Skills to multi-task
- Must have knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Word.
- General office equipment, scan, fax, copier
- Candidates must have strong customer service skills and must be available to work Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m (days and hours flexible as long as employee can work minimum of 20-25 hours a week)
The hired individual will need to be self-motivated and detail oriented. Above all , the right candidate must understand that as the first voice the patient or doctor hears on the phone, you must represent our commitment to patients, compassion for their problems, and our company's mission to go above and beyond to HELP.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
