POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced attorney to provide legal counsel on procurement, supply chain, and related areas. This mid-level position offers the opportunity to advise on strategic business matters, draft critical documents, and help manage internal and external legal resources.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee legal aspects of supply chain and procurement matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk mitigation strategies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate procurement-related agreements, including purchase orders, terms, and other contracts.
- Partner with business units to deliver practical advice on supply chain and related legal topics.
- Manage outside counsel relationships and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Support additional legal initiatives as needed.
