Sr. FP&A Analyst
Location: The Battery, Atlanta, GA - 3 Days Hybrid
Salary: $84,000 - $104,000 7.5% Annual Bonus

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. FP&A Analyst to join a dynamic and growing team within a large, well-established organization. This role offers excellent exposure to senior leadership, with significant potential for career advancement within 18-24 months.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the finance team, managing key financial processes, collaborating with business and IT leaders, and driving strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly P&L Management: Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly Profit & Loss statements, ensuring accurate reporting and tracking of accruals and forecasting.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in developing and managing the company's financial forecasts and budgets, with a focus on aligning business units with overall financial goals.
- Tracking IT Projects: Work closely with IT and business leaders to track and manage IT-related projects, ensuring alignment with financial goals and accurate reporting.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Collaborate with senior business leaders, including those in IT and finance, to provide insights, financial analysis, and guidance on strategic initiatives.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and present key findings to senior management to support decision-making and business planning.
- Leadership Exposure: Work directly with senior leadership, gaining exposure and visibility within the organization. Be part of a high-potential team aimed at future leadership roles.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4-8 years of experience in FP&A, with a strong background in monthly P&L, accruals, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- IT & Finance Knowledge: Experience working with IT finance, including understanding of IT capitalizations and cloud computing (development, expenses, and revenue recognition).
- Systems Proficiency: Experience with Excel, PeopleSoft (or similar ERP systems), and financial planning tools (e.g., IBM Planning Tools).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred.
- Strong Analytical & Communication Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, present findings to senior leadership, and adapt communication style to various stakeholders (e.g., business leaders, IT teams, VPs).
