What You'll Be Doing :
Assess and evaluate existing supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement.
Create detailed process maps to visualize current workflows and identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
Develop and implement strategies for process improvements, focusing on enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and optimizing resource utilization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, production, and IT, to align process improvement initiatives with organizational goals.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of process improvements and track progress over time.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues in supply chain processes and recommend corrective actions.
Support the integration of new technologies and systems that enhance supply chain operations, such as ERP systems, automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs within the supply chain.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, summarizing findings, recommendations, and the impact of implemented changes.
Provide training and support to staff on new processes, tools, and systems to ensure successful adoption.
Lead supply chain improvement projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
What We're Looking For :
Bachelor's degree in business or related major.
5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or related analytics
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, preferred.
PowerBI, Tableau experience, or SQL experience.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and analytical ability.
Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with co-workers and vendors.
Proficiency in Word and Excel, which requires a detailed understanding of Excel spreadsheets.
