Shape and execute an innovative marketing approach aimed at driving customer growth and maximizing ROI, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.Lead and guide a multi-channel strategy across SEM, SEO, Display Ads, Affiliate Marketing, social media (both paid and organic), influencer marketing, CRM, and more.Work closely with teams in Sales, Technology, Field Support, and Customer Experience to create exceptional customer journeys and optimize field operations.Design a flexible strategy to accommodate a wide range of brands within the organization, tailoring efforts to meet local market needs and industry growth.Provide leadership, mentorship, and external expertise to cultivate a team with an entrepreneurial outlook.Establish and refine core performance metrics in line with executive goals and channel-specific requirements.Support expansion into new regions and product lines.Oversee the optimization of media efforts using in-house and third-party tools, including media mix modeling and attribution analysis.Deliver high-level communications, presenting marketing insights and strategies to senior leaders and key stakeholders.What You'll Need to Succeed as VP of Growth Marketing :
12 years in consumer marketing with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing multiple marketing channels.Strong coaching skills to develop a team of hands-on marketing specialists.A track record of successfully driving ambitious projects and achieving personal success.Experience leading change in large, complex organizations.Entrepreneurial mindset to help shape growth strategies and company initiatives.Strategic and creative thinking with the ability to analyze, synthesize, and take decisive actions.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey strategies and outcomes to stakeholders.Passion for growth marketing and fostering customer adoption and loyalty.Expertise in digital communication platforms.Willingness to travel as needed to support various locations (approximately 1-2 trips per month).
