What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Representative position at Primary Residential Branding?
The purpose of this position is to support the business development function and coordinate with multiple departments to facilitate a seamless hiring process.
Conduct Research on initial candidate inquiries

- Review NMLS & Pull Marketrac Reports
- Disposition unsuitable candidates
- If the lead is suitable, share lead with Business Development Manager through ICIMS and include Production data from Marketrac and any other pertinent information
- Pull Marketrac reports, sort data and distribute to Business Development Manager of Field Leadership as needed
- Request/ Assist PC#
- Submit launch order to implementation
- Initiate employment application links for prospective candidates
- Build service level agreement from HR
- Build service level agreement /Gantt Chart
- Pull pipeline reports (encompass)
- Coordinate discovery day meetings, travel and lunches
- Pull external recruiter (vendor) production reports and distribute accordingly
- Retrieve weekly/monthly new hire reports from HR
- Utilize hiring reports and Marketing provided templates to various social media collateral
Qualifications
- Sales and marketing experience
- Knowledge of or experience in the mortgage industry
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to effectively and professionally handle difficult situations that may arise when working with branches/divisions
- Ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Familiarity with Accounting terms and procedures (e.g., debits, credit, General Ledgers, etc.)

Work Requirements
Each employee must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, utilize a computer, maintain a work schedule, and effectively perform in an office setting. To maintain and ensure secure privacy of borrower (and other protected) information, an essential function of this job may require physical attendance in a defined office space. (i.e. branch or corporate office location). Employment with PRMI requires compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations as well as PRMI policies. The ability to work extended hours may be required.
