The purpose of this positions is to monitor the loan boarding process to ensure accuracy and perform file maintenance throughout the life of loan.
New Loan Setup

- Boards loans, prepares physical file, and mails welcome letters
- Reviews the automatic boarding process for data integrity
- Manually boards all private loans, repurchases, scratch & dent
- File Maintenance
- Data Corrections
- Loan Assumptions
- Loan Modifications
- Prints Freddie Mac Purchase Statements in preparation for sale
- Documents receipt of Initial Escrow Deposit checks in Loan Log and assigns loan number
Qualifications
- Mortgage experience preferred
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to keep abreast of all changes and adapt them into daily routine
- Able to interface with compliance personnel and regulators as needed

Work Requirements

To maintain and ensure secure privacy of borrower (and other protected) information, an essential function of this job may require physical attendance in a defined office space. (i.e. branch or corporate office location). Employment with PRMI requires compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations as well as PRMI policies. The ability to work extended hours may be required.
