Primary Services is seeking a Contracts Coordinator to support a leading company in the energy sector. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in contract administration, records management, and trading documentation. You will play a vital role in processing customer inquiries, maintaining contract databases, and ensuring the accuracy of critical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Generate standard agreements and non-standard manual confirmations.
- Process internal and external customer inquiries related to contracts.
- Manage requests for assignments, mergers, and name changes while updating all applicable systems.
- Maintain and update contract databases to ensure cross-departmental alignment with Legal, Credit, Commercial, and Trading teams.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in contract and confirmation processes and procedures.
- Assist with special projects and tasks assigned by the Team Lead.
- Utilize contract systems such as Endur, Nucleus, MCC, Aligne, KStat, and SharePoint.
Qualifications
- College degree required.
- Experience in the energy industry with an interest in further developing industry knowledge.
- Exposure to contract administration, confirmations processes, or records management preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize multiple activities, and operate with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of trading documentation and administrative processes, including filing and digital contract management systems like DocuSign.
- Working knowledge of interactions between various departments within a corporate setting.
- Proficiency with contract-related software and database management.
