Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Energy Sales Operations Specialist for a leading company in the energy sector. This position plays a crucial role in supporting Sales Account Executives in the retail energy business, ensuring accurate and efficient processes for customer proposals, contracts, and account management.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and verify power and natural gas customer and usage information.
- Ensure accurate deal structures for power, natural gas, and other product offerings.
- Price and understand product offerings to prepare proposals and assist in generating revenue.
- Create and review proposals and contracts for power and natural gas customers.
- Maintain SLA productivity targets and manage deal setups, ensuring timely RFP deliveries.
- Assist in contract renewal efforts and generate contracts for various product offerings.
- Adjudicate and approve credit for small customers by reviewing utility invoices and internal payment history.
- Provide expertise in CRM and pricing systems while assisting in process and system improvements.
- Assist in the development of Request for Proposal (RFP) response packages.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business is a plus.
- Experience in an administrative and/or sales support role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and pricing tools preferred.
