Primary Services is excited to announce the role of EPC Project Engineer (LNG) for our client located in Portsmouth NH, a leader in the natural gas and LNG sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage large-scale LNG projects from start to finish, including overseeing design, procurement, and the coordination of internal and external resources. In this role, you will play a critical part in project execution, client relationship management, and technical oversight.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing communication.
- Oversee the execution of LNG projects, managing schedules, budgets, and engineering efforts.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight for the design, construction, and commissioning of LNG systems, including liquefaction, storage, truck transfer, and vaporization.
- Report project status, budget, and schedule to senior management and project teams.
- Hold meetings with clients to provide project updates and review progress.
- Review design, procurement, and operational specifications for equipment and systems.
- Provide troubleshooting and commissioning support during LNG plant startup and operations.
- Coordinate internal resources and manage external teams, including construction managers and commissioning groups.
- Review calculations, specifications, requisitions, and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain expertise in LNG-related codes and standards (49CFR193, NFPA 59A, ASME B31.3, BPVC Section VIII).
- Develop cost estimates and proposals in response to client requests.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop drawings for fabrication and construction of plant piping and equipment systems.
- Travel to project sites approximately 10-15% of the time.
